How to reach us
When you have reached San Michele (locality Malcesine), Ca' La Fratela is on a mule track, and the way to get to the house is a part of the holiday experience.
The owners of the house, when they renewed, wanted to keep the original path, to persevere the surrounding environment.
Let yourself be enveloped by tranquillity, peace and try to live a different experience from everyday life.
There are two options to reach the house:
Use a 4x4 and park in the carpark at the house
If you have a 4x4 vehicle, you can drive the entire road to the house, open the automatic gate, and park directly on-site.
The route passes by the mid-station of the Malcesine Cable Car, located in the San Michele area.
Alternatively, you can park in the designated space near the cable car station, but note that during the summer, the parking lot is often crowded.

Parks at the end of the mail road and walk, if you prefer, you can park the car 10 minutes’ walk from the house.

To reach the house from the car parks at other times, there is a walk of about 5-10 minutes to Cà La Fratela directly into the natural landscape.
We offer a luggage transport service on arrival and departure at no extra cost for those without a 4x4.
Prices and Contacts
Stay in Ca' La Fratela and live an exclusive experience in the heart of nature.
The minimum stay is 7 days, with rates varying according to season and number of guests.

2 persons/week
From 16.12. to 30.12.2024: 2,450 €
From 14.01 to 13.04.2025: 2,100 €
4-5 persons/week
From 16.12. until 30.12.2024: 3,500 €
From 14.01 to 13.04.2025: 2,800 €
Deposit: 300 euros
Final cleaning is included in the price.
The tourist tax is 1.00 euro per person, per night.
